How We Help

Seeking out the best option for that next step in your life can be confusing. It’s a big decision and it is worthwhile investing the time to understand what help is out there and the best ways to access it.

To make the process simple, Catholic Care of the Aged (CCA) has set up a dedicated support service to help you with whatever information you need at this time to select the best aged care option for you.

This could be regarding:

  • What care is available locally
  • ACAT assessments (What’s this?)
  • The level of government support available and accessing it
  • Providing links to other support providers

No rush, no pressure, just answers when you need it most.

Call us now on 5525 3600 and we will help you wherever we can or alternatively, email us at enquiries@cca.stagnesparish.org.au.

Preparing Families for Aged Care

Preparing families for a new lifestyle

Daughters, sons and the extended family are sometimes called on to help older relatives make the decision to transition into a new lifestyle that is best suited to their needs.

While this may seem daunting, it doesn’t need to be. CCA have more than 40 years service settling locals into their new lives that are specifically tailored to the level of care residents require. CCA’s inclusive approach is unmatched, focusing strongly on fostering social connections, encouraging physical activity, providing pastoral support and developing a lifestyle tailored to the interests of the residents.

CCA provides three types of lifestyle support depending on the needs of residents:

Looking after you

Looking after you

As the largest provider of independent living on the Mid North Coast of NSW, CCA has delivered quality, nationally-recognised, aged care services across its mental health, pastoral care, lifestyle and volunteering programs.

We look after you by keeping you active and making social connections through our lifestyle programs, support when you need it via pastoral care, providing friendly and qualified staff, and ensuring our compliance with government regulations.

Understanding and providing active, healthy and independent programs to satisfy the desired lifestyles of residents.
