Whilst some food is prepared within the facilities, the Marian Hospitality Centre team of 11 staff undertake the majority of our catering with some 7,000 meals per week.
The Marian Centre (also known as St Agnes’ Food Services) provides a seasonal monthly rotating menu, prepared and delivered to the facilities for breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea to residents within our villages and our facilities as well as some of our clients in the community. There are kitchen and servery teams within the facilities who ensure that the food is served to the highest standard to our residents.
Marian Hospitality Centre caters also for conferences and facility functions and special occasions.
Vincent Court in Kempsey, has its own kitchen and team undertaking the preparation and serving of all meals to its residents.
CCA caters to all dietary requirements to include gluten free meals and meals for diabetics. Our objective is to provide varied nutritious, flavorsome meals with an appreciation of personal preferences and dietary requirements.
