Early Links provides support to Indigenous children aged 0 to 9 to develop and grow in the early years of childhood.
An Early Linker works with Indigenous families to promote communication and social interaction with peers whilst building on community engagement, linking family to vital medical and local services to assist with the challenges that arise through early childhood.
Early Links services may include:
Support to access community services for the development and growth of the child planning and goals to provide early intervention and build on key development through the early years of childhood.
Advocacy support to build relationships with schools, medical practitioners and other community service. The program services the Hastings, Manning, Forster and Gloucester areas.
