In John’s Gospel (Chapter 4: Verses 16, 19-26, 39-42) this week, Jesus meets a Samaritan woman at the well and offers her an amazing gift – to never thirst again – and we consider what we thirst for in our own lives.

Closing Prayer

Jesus,
you are the living and life-giving well of eternal life.
Pour out your refreshing Spirit in and through us,
so that as members of your church we may freely witness to the well-spring of God’s love.
We pray in Christ through the power of his Spirit.
