You could be eligible for up to $12,000 if you are in your first year of studying or planning to study either a Bachelor of Nursing or a Bachelor of Education (Birth to Five Years) at Charles Sturt University.

Successful scholarship recipients will receive up to $12,000 over the duration of their course to assist with tuition fees and other study-related expenses.
As part of the program, recipients will also continue their journey with the Parish through employment after graduation.
This initiative supports future registered nurses and early childhood teachers as they gain qualifications, build meaningful careers and make a positive difference.

Any Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident who has applied for, is intending to apply for, or is in their first year of a Bachelor of Nursing or Bachelor of Education (Birth to Five Years) at Charles Sturt University.

Applicants will be considered through an assessment process conducted by St Agnes’ Catholic Parish.
The scholarship provides a total of up to $12,000 per degree, including an upfront payment of $1,000. Funding is paid over the duration of the recipient’s course.
Payments are subject to the full terms and conditions of the program, including the recipient maintaining enrolment in an approved degree and achieving a passing grade in their subjects. Payments will be made at the end of each semester upon submission of successful academic results and proof of payment.
Yes. Your scholarship may be suspended or terminated if you fail to meet the terms and conditions of the program, including academic, placement or attendance requirements of the degree, and maintaining the minimum pass grade required under the scholarship criteria.
Your scholarship will be terminated if you are excluded from your course or transfer to another university or place of study which isn’t approved by St Agnes’ Catholic Parish.
In some cases, you may be required to repay scholarship funds that have already been paid.
It means you must maintain employment with St Agnes’ Catholic Parish after you graduate for a specified period of 12 months (full-time or part-time equivalent) under a maximum term contract and in a role applicable to the completed degree.
