This program supports cultural safety and competence for individuals in the workplace. This includes the importance of culture, respect for diversity and how organisations can foster a safe and more respectful environment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People.  The program will increase you ability to be inclusive of all individuals and how to access resources and opportunities in ways to ensure belonging in the workplace. 

This program supports individual employability skills and the essential skills required to be ready for work. This includes work, health and safety, employability skills, teamwork, financial literacy and basic digital literacy. At the end of the program participants will be job ready with a CV, cover letter and experience in job interviews.
