Repairs and maintenance jobs are managed in terms of priority. Once you have requested a repair, we will provide you with information about the timeframe to complete the work.

When the property is uninhabitable or unsafe due to serious damage.
Examples: Fire, dangerous electricity event, or burst water main flooding.
When an essential service has stopped working or there is a safety risk.
Examples: Serious roof leak or failure with the gas supply.
When the issue does not pose an immediate risk to health or safety.
Examples: A leaking tap in the bathroom or broken cupboard door.
Our contractors will keep you updated on the arrangements for repairs. While we aim to complete repairs at a time that is convenient for you, we ask for your cooperation by being available when access is required.
