Repairs and maintenance jobs are managed in terms of priority. Once you have requested a repair, we will provide you with a timeframe for when the work will be completed.
Urgent repairs are maintenance issues that affect your safety and security. For example, gas leaks or electrical faults. These are responded to within 4 hours.
Non-urgent repairs are prioritised and responded to accordingly.
Our contractors will contact you to make a time for your repair.
While we aim to complete repairs at a time that is convenient for you, we ask for your cooperation when access is required.
If you cannot be home at an agreed time or have questions about the progress of your repair, please call ISS.
For your safety and peace of mind, all contractors and subcontractors carry identification showing their name and employer. Please do not allow anyone into your home unless they can be clearly identified.
