You will learn how to build effective teams and monitor the performance and outputs of your team or business. You will also learn how to manage risk, analyse, solve problems and evaluate processes and systems in the workplace. You can make a difference as a leader or manager by building or upskilling your knowledge and skills in topics such as:

Leading effective teams
Implementing operational plans and systems that meet timeframes and outcomes
Promoting innovation and building client and business networks
Writing and presenting complex documents
Mentoring in an inclusive and diverse workplace
