BUSINESS SERVICES OFFICER

The Parish requires a suitably qualified and experienced Business Services Officer to perform a range of financial and business support activities, including reception duties within our Parish Administration Centre. This is a fixed-term opportunity, for a period of 12 months.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- A Commitment to work in harmony with Catholic Values and Principles
Demonstrated experience in business and administration support, ideally in a reception and customer service based role Experience with Accounts Payable/debtor/creditor processes
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in liaising with internal and external customers
- Well-developed skills in MS Office Packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook
- Ability to work as part of a team, but also to work independently
- Knowledge of MYOB and/or QuickBooks functions is desirable
CONDITIONS
The salary will be negotiated dependent on experience and qualifications, and will be in accordance with the National Employment Standards.
SELECTION PROCESS
