Online communication has changed our way of life making it easier to share information with each other whether it is via a computer, tablet or phone.

Catholic Care of the Aged (CCA) has been working on a new online portal that helps prospective residents and their families share information about our Villages. The portal is located on our CCA Cares website (ccacares.org.au) where information can be accessed showcasing our Independent Living villas. We have a substantial refurbishment program of all available villas currently underway, so the website will give you an idea of the actual villas that are available, not simply a standard fl oorplan. A real benefi t of the portal is that the information and photos about available villas can be shared with family and friends. It gives a lot more visibility and engagement as to what the property looks like as well as specific floorplans that provide an understanding of how the living spaces are connected.

Our residents tell us repeatedly that the benefits of living in St Agnes and Lourdes Villages are the friendly and supportive community and the beautiful surroundings that are in close proximity to town. You will see more of this information on the we bsite as well as other support services that CCA provide such as Home Care packages, the options for residential care, meals through St Agnes’ Food Services, and our Pastoral Care, Lifestyle and Volunteer Programs. Of course, the move towards online communication has meant that many other services have also moved online, including government services. The Australian Government established the MyAgedCare online portal, which is an essential part of being able to access aged care support from the government. We have received feedback that the portal is diffi cult to use, however our local Client Relationship Team at Donnelly House can help you with this as well.
