John Henry Institute Passes Registration Renewal with Flying Colours
John Henry Institute (JHI) is proud to announce the successful renewal of its registration as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 7054), now valid until 2032.
This achievement follows a comprehensive internal audit conducted in 2024, which prepared the JHI team to meet the updated compliance requirements introduced by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). The new Standards for Registered Training Organisations, effective from 1 July 2025, include significant changes such as revised Outcome Standards, a new Credential Policy, and enhanced Compliance Requirements. These updates place a strong emphasis on student support, wellbeing, diversity, and cultural safety and inclusion.
To meet these new standards, JHI submitted a detailed application supported by extensive evidence of compliance, including a self-assessment tool that outlines key areas of alignment.
“The team at John Henry Institute have worked hard over the past 12 months to ensure compliance in our re-registration process,” said Natasha Murphy, Manager of JHI and St Agnes’ Catholic Parish Learning and Development.
“The team’s dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence has truly paid off with JHI being granted RTO registration until 2032. This successful outcome is a direct reflection of our teamwork, professionalism, and pride in what we do to ensure positive student outcomes in vocational education and training. This result also reflects the values and ethos of St Agnes’ Catholic Parish.”
JHI remains committed to delivering high-quality vocational education and training that supports learners and reflects the evolving standards of the sector.
