Over the next three months Mrs Taggart will be raising money for the Mid North Coast Cancer Institute. She announced that she would “love to be able to raise the $45000 it costs to purchase a “Cold Cap”- a cap worn during chemotherapy that helps patients to keep the hair on their head throughout treatment. As this is a crazy expensive number, I’ve decided for all funds raised to go towards the purchase of equipment and goods for the patients of the Port Macquarie General Oncology Unit. ”
