THE POSITION
As a Coordinator of Support, NDIS, you will manage and facilitate a range of supports to meet the needs of our clients who are funded through the NDIS. You will provide assistance to strengthen the client’s abilities to connect to and coordinate informal, mainstream and funded supports in a complex, service delivery environment. You will resolve points of crisis, develop capacity and resilience in a client’s network and coordinate supports from a range of sources. With your extensive knowledge of support services available in the local area, you will be a values driven team player who can address the following selection criteria:

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Commitment to work in harmony with Catholic Values and Principles
• High-level program knowledge of NDIS operational policy, pricing and quality
• Diploma (or higher) qualification in social, disability, community or other human services discipline
• Demonstrated ability to apply a high level of knowledge and skills to NDIS coordination of support
• Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and judgement to problem-solve complex issues
• Demonstrated experience in planning, prioritising and implementing NDIS budgets
• High-level interpersonal skills and negotiation skills when liaising with colleagues, NDIS participants, families/carers and critical stakeholders
• High-level written communication skills, particularly outcome reporting
• Demonstrated experience in assessment, person-centred care planning, care management and review
• Ability to work flexible hours to suit the needs of the service and people we support
• Current National Criminal History Record Clearance
• Current NSW Drivers Licence
• WWC clearance
