The John Henry Institue attended the Charles Sturt University open day on Sunday, August 25. The open day was a great opportunity for students from all across NSW to speak to different providers about what they offer and find the right course and study plan for them.

JHI advertised their courses which give students the opportunity to work part-time while studying at university. These courses included RSA, RCG, Disability Skill Set, Certificate III in Individual Support, Provide First Aid and Mental Health First Aid (coming in 2020).

Also advertised was JHI’s partnership with the CSU Paramedic – Community Placement, where JHI takes these paramedic students to all of the Provide First Aid courses to help JHI’s trainers with demonstrations and practical scenarios, and this counts towards their community placement hours for their Paramedics degree.
