With all the contemporary comforts you want, our recently refurbished villas are close to town and transport, with an emphasis on social engagement and activities. Our well designed and affordable accommodation is secure and ranges from one bedroom (plus a study) to three bedroom villas.

We are locally owned and operated, and our teams can answer all questions regarding the transition to independent living. Our teams also provide activities such as lifestyle programs and support programs such as pastoral care. CCA is part of St Agnes’ Parish, which offers connections with Parish schools and community programs, in which our residents regularly participate.

St Agnes’ Parish is a not for- profit organisation, which means our focus is on ensuring the best services for our residents and not delivering profits to shareholders.
