St Agnes’ Parish values the important contribution of volunteers within our communities. We simply could not provide the services we do and in the way that we do with out them.

What You need to be a Volunteer with St Agnes Parish:

  • Have a willingness to try new things

Volunteering Opportunities
There are various opportunities for volunteers to be involved in the parish, including;

Catholic Care for the Aged – Lifestyle and Pastoral Care
Assist Catholic Care of the Age (CCA) residents to enjoy their lifestyle and well-being programs or join the pastoral care team in supporting their spiritual/emotional needs.

Community Services
Help with our inter-generational playgroup sessions run during the school term.

Pastoral Services
There is a wide range of opportunities to assist the pastoral needs of our parishioners from children’s liturgy, decoration of the church, taking the Eucharist to those who are unable to attend Mass, assisting with parish hospitality events, even assisting in the Mackillop Bookshop.

Transport
Help transport our parishioners to and from parish functions.

Youth Hub
Support local youth by helping with after school and holiday programs.
